These are the things worth writing to us about
- Content that's wrong or out of date. If an article has something incorrect, a stale figure, or a step that isn't clear, tell us exactly which page and which paragraph. We'll verify, fix what's genuinely wrong, and log it in Corrections.
- A topic you want covered. Wherever you're stuck or want clarity, registering, verifying, funding, using AI tools, let us know. It helps us decide what to write next.
- Partnership, reprint, or citation. Want to quote our content or talk about working together? Write in and state what you have in mind.
- Privacy-related requests. To learn about or act on your personal data (if any), see the Privacy page, or send a note to this inbox.
These are things we can't help with, so go to the right place
A few kinds of problem are outside what we can handle, and writing to us only delays you. Take them straight to Binance official support:
- Account issues: can't log in, verification stuck, account flagged by risk controls or frozen, only Binance can deal with these. Open a ticket at the Binance official help center.
- Fund issues: a deposit that didn't arrive, a stuck withdrawal, a trading question, same thing, Binance official support. We can't, and have no right to, view or operate anyone's Binance account.
- Passwords, codes, seed phrases: we will never ask you for these. Anyone claiming to be AINEX and asking for this information is an impostor.
Know the official channel: our only outward contact is [email protected]. We don't DM you in comment sections or group chats offering to "win your money back" or hand you an "insider slot," and we don't add you as a friend to talk investments. If you run into that, whoever the person claims to be, ignore it.
How long until we reply
We're a small team, so we reply when we can but can't promise it's instant, corrections and privacy-related requests we handle first. Please make the issue clear in your message (which page, what problem, what you want), so we can help faster without going back and forth.
